These terms govern all purchases made on the Apte Fitness online store (boutique.aptefitness.com). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept them.
1. Who we are
The store is operated by Apte Fitness inc., 8025-A Taschereau Blvd., Brossard, Quebec. For any questions: info@aptefitness.com.
2. Products
We do our best to present our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Products are available while supplies last.
Our training accessories (straps, wrist wraps, bands, etc.) must be used safely and for their intended purpose. If in doubt, ask a member of our team for advice.
3. Prices
All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes. Applicable taxes (GST and QST, or HST depending on your province) and shipping fees, if any, are shown before you confirm your order. The price charged is the price displayed when you place your order.
4. Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email with your order number. Keep it: you’ll need it for in-gym pickup and for any questions about your order.
We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or unusual quantities. If this happens, we’ll contact you and any amount paid will be refunded in full.
If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll contact you and let you choose: a refund for that item, or waiting until it’s back in stock.
5. Payment
Payment is made by credit or debit card when you order, through a secure payment provider. Your order is processed once payment is authorized.
6. Shipping and pickup
Shipping fees, delivery times and in-gym pickup details are described on our Shipping & Exchanges.
7. Exchanges and returns
All sales are final. Only clothing can be exchanged for a different size, under the conditions described on our Shipping & Exchanges.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act, including the legal warranty in the case of a defective or non-conforming item. If you receive a defective item, email us and we’ll find a solution with you.
8. Cancellation
If you want to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at info@aptefitness.com. You may also cancel your order in the cases provided for by the Consumer Protection Act for distance purchases, for example if it is not delivered within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
9. Intellectual property
The Apte name, logo, photos, text and designs on the store belong to Apte Fitness inc. They may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Apte Fitness inc. is not responsible for damages resulting from the use of a product other than for its intended purpose.
11. Personal information
The information you provide is used to process and deliver your order and to communicate with you about it. To learn more, see our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply therein.
13. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version that applies to your order is the one in effect when you placed it.
